This non‑standard customized liquid injection cylinder is specially developed for food filling, beverage dispensing, pharmaceutical liquid injection and sanitary automatic production lines. Different from ordinary standard pneumatic cylinders, it adopts sanitary‑grade material configuration and special internal anti‑corrosion structure design, suitable for quantitative liquid pumping, precise injection and fixed‑point filling of edible liquid, syrup, medicine liquid and other mediums.

All parts in contact with liquid are made of food‑grade 304 stainless steel. The inner cavity is finely polished, smooth and seamless, with no dead corners for residue accumulation, which effectively avoids liquid remaining and bacterial breeding. The internal sealing components adopt food‑safe silica gel, meeting international food sanitation standards, non‑toxic and odor‑free, resistant to corrosion of weak acid and weak alkaline liquid media.
